  • Use: Face data is used exclusively for hair analysis and virtual hair try-on functionality, only upon your explicit request and command
  • Processing Purpose: To provide personalized hair health analysis, styling recommendations, and virtual hair try-on experiences
  • User Control: All face data processing occurs only when you actively use hair analysis or styling features

    • 5. Face Data Storage, Retention, and Non-Retention Practices


  • Explicit Non-Retention Statement: Face data is NOT retained indefinitely or permanently stored in our systems
  • Storage Purpose: We temporarily store face data solely for the immediate purpose of providing hair analysis and styling recommendations during your active session
  • Storage Duration: Face data is automatically deleted after 30 days from your last interaction with hair analysis features
  • Reason for Storage Duration: This 30-day temporary storage period allows us to provide consistent analysis results if you revisit the hair analysis feature within a reasonable timeframe and enables necessary technical support
  • Storage Location: During the temporary storage period, face data is securely stored on our servers located in California, United States
  • User Deletion Rights: You can delete your face data immediately at any time by:

    • - Deleting individual photos from your account

    - Deleting your entire account

    - Contacting our support team for immediate deletion

  • Automatic Deletion: When you delete photos or your account, all associated face data is immediately and permanently removed from our systems, overriding the 30-day retention period

    • 6. Face Data Third-Party Sharing and Disclosure Practices


  • Third-Party Sharing Statement: We do NOT share face data with any third parties for any purpose whatsoever
  • No Third-Party Storage: Since we do not share face data with any third parties, no external companies, services, or organizations store or have access to your face data
  • No Commercial Sharing: Face data is never shared, sold, disclosed, or transferred to third parties for commercial, advertising, marketing, or any other purposes
  • Processing Independence: All face data processing is conducted exclusively on our own secure servers; we do not use third-party AI services, cloud providers, or external processing services for face data analysis
  • Legal Compliance Exception: Face data may only be disclosed to law enforcement or government authorities if legally required by valid court order or to protect rights and safety, but such disclosure would not involve third-party storage or ongoing access to the data
  • No Third-Party Privacy Policies: Since no third parties have access to, store, or process face data, there are no additional third-party privacy practices, storage durations, or data handling policies to disclose
